Fairly clean place with courteous and welcoming staff. Great and absolutely perfect setting in the pretty nice area, near Kissimmee, and many other eating establishments. Clean room with a sofa, bathroom, couch.

The offered breakfast was above average with a Mickey Mouse waffle station. All the staff was really helpful and very helpful, fixed my issues. Magnificent and perfect location to everything you might need made it easy to get to key attractions.

This is a hotel go-to for Orlando! The property is so good modern and well-maintained, the staff is welcoming. The breakfast is warm and above average with at least included and also a Mickey Mouse waffle station, had everything you could imagine.

Every time in Orlando we stay in this hotel. Exceptional and fairly clean place to stay in, it has really helpful and very very helpful staff from check-in thru breakfast-thru check-out. The rooms here are nicely furnished and modern with a sofa bed. A nice touch is also the cold beverages in the Irish bar.

The hotel was truly exceptional and clean, with so very helpful and service-oriented staff from check-in thru breakfast-thru check-out. The location turned out to be prime, near stores, restaurants and shops and area restaurants and the D/U/S festival of attractions. We once dined at Ihop, found it 10 mins walk from the property.

Good breakfast variety, friendly and helpful staff, especially Tasha. Convenient location near Publix, CVS, and restaurants. Housekeeping well-organized and did a great job.

The staff are amazing and wonderful people from check-in thru breakfast-thru check-out. The hotel has a marvellous and super location, close to the park. At the Irish bar they serve decent food and drinks.

They have Hearing Accessible rooms with included breakfast and ample space, for instance and care about everyone.

The room was clean and adequate, without a doubt, had a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator. The breakfast available was hot and above average with at least included and a Mickey Mouse waffle station, for instance.

As foreign tourists, we loved the proximity of the hotel to the Walt Disney theme parks. The complementary breakfast was a great bonus, with better options than typical continentals. The staff were inviting, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the bed was extra comfy. We also appreciated the option to opt out of daily room service, which worked well for us.
